I'm the guy that wondered about what I should do with baked potatoes and now I have a new food question.

I just ate brussel sprouts and the only way I can do it is to sprinkle old bay and then melt butter and cheese over them.  I know that takes a healthy food and ruins everything good it does for my body but that's the only way I can really eat them at this point.

Does anyone have a way to eat them that is delicious or unique from the way I do it?

Please don't post at all if you just say "I don't like them".  That annoys me more than anything if I check my notifications and see replies like that.  LOL.  Don't waste my time.  I didn't make a post to see those kind of replies.

I dont actually mind them that much but i tend to avoid them. Iv had people swear blind that if you cook them 'right' they taste amasing.
Most common suggestions (which i havent actually tried) were oven cook, or a seriously precise amount of boiling time(people suggested that they taste bad if you over/undero).
Personally id just use some healthy dips or sauces.
Why do you want to eat them anyway?theres plenty alternatives.

There are two ways I flavor brussel sprouts. I will either sprinkle a small amount of parmesan or romano cheese, or I will boil water and add about a teaspoon of butter, let the butter melt in the water, and then cook the brussel sprouts in the boiling water. Those are my favorite ways to eat them and it makes them really good and keeps them healthy.
