First off you need to be trusted member. To get that you have to be a good poster with lots of post but of good or better quality. This will get you noticed and most likely people will give you trust points. You need 10 trust points to become trusted.

Second you need to buy a layout from the layout shop. Then you need to do advance edit (requires being trusted), and edit the signature part.

Or you can find someone who makes layouts and pay Viz to get a personal layout.

NOTE: I can't do it for you since with the new editor I just can't seem to make layouts properly.
