This is a great game and it is written all over it. One of my favorite classics. ( of Pokémon ) Double battles, multiple battles, but that is only featured if you are connecting with four. You can make poke blocks for your members in your team for contests, not required to beat the game meaning this sentence is not a spoiler. The hardest part is the elite four. Good luck!

Sapphire is not as good as the other Pokemon games it is my third least favorite Pokemon game Emerald was way better  Ruby was pretty much the same to me as well.
