For those who haven't been living under a rock, Ted is Seth McFarlane's (spelling?) new movie... it's about a man and his Teddy Bear.

Well it's about more than that, but I have yet to see it myself, so I can't really tell you either

I kind of want to see it, but want to hear about others seeing it... is it worth going to see? Or should I wait till it's released later in the year?

Kind of reminds me of Family Guy's Stewie and Rupert. Its like they grew up. Then again, its the same creator, so I'm surprised about the reference. Maybe that's the idea.

No I haven't seen it yet. It looks good, but I don't know how funny it is gonna be.. I think the humor on family guy is stupid so if it is anything like that I am gonna be very disappointed.

Well , my friend wanted to see it in the theaters because he loves
Family Guy and he wanted me to go with him . But than he had a change

I saw it last week, definetely worth seeing at the movies.  Mark Wahlberg plays an awesome part, I never liked the girl (the one from that 70's show) but she plays a good part aswell.  My wife loved it too, I think were going to go back and see this weekend.

I saw it on opening week. Basically if you like family guy, you'll like Ted. Possibly more so since there is an actual story unlike the gag reel that is Family Guy.

I saw it in July. I honestly had absolutely no expectations. I wanted to see Dark Knight Rises, but my wife hadn't seen the first two (and isn't really into Batman anyway). Anyway, I was surprised to have liked it. It isn't a movie I could watch a lot of times, but it was fun enough to be worth going to see it. It isn't some work of genius, but there are quite a few funny parts that you will probably quote or reference later. If you are looking to just have some simple fun, go see it. If you are looking for a movie that you will walk out saying "That was freaking amazing", just rent it on DVD.
