I can't say that I hate any genre. Sure, I dislike many artists in some categories but I have trouble completely discriminating against a genre because they are all incredibly broad. There's a lot of pop music out today that I dislike (mostly Disney related) but I'm still a fan of Katy Perry and I love the Beatles (though I guess they can fall under the pop rock category). Not a huge country fan. Have heard some artists I enjoy (like the Dixie Chicks). But that's definitely one of my least favorite genres.

Not a fan of rap, but pop probably annoys me more sometimes, Bieber and Katy Perry hit a bad chord with me quite often. Some pop is okay, but sometimes it's just absolutely dreadful, you know how it is.

That is a real shame because the Red Hot Chili Peppers are one of the greatest bands in history. They take funk to a whole other dimension.

Am I the only one that likes pop?

I don't generally like screamo, rap, or metal. I like being able to understand the lyrics and I can't when the singer is shouting/speaking too fast. How ever, I do like metal when there's no singing. There's also some exceptions for rap that I like. I've never heard of a screamo song I liked though.

The type of music I hate is Rap, and Pop. The Reason because of rap is cause they say stuff so explicative its not nessascary.
