One time at school I think 10th grade a kid found an eye ball in his chicken nugget!

When I heard that I never ever bought lunch again! I have no idea if it was true or not but that put me off. Anyway I love having fresh home made lunches much better than trusting food that comes out of a huge bin.

I was actually pretty lucky with my school lunches. Especially once I got to middle school and high school.

Elementary school had the worst school lunches haha.

At this one high school I went to, we basically had an open bar of several items, that all had different prices. You could spend anywhere from 85 cents to 10 bucks on food at lunch, depending on what you wanted. And if you were poor, they had the basic lunch which you would get for basically nothing.

Each section was usually pretty good except for what was called "home cooking" lol. Now that I'm in college there are so many different choices of what to have, ranging from dining hall food to Chick-fil-a to almost everything in between. So my advice is to put up with the mystery meat for a little longer until you get to college and can enjoy whatever you want, or bring your lunch to school, which is a much more tastier and "healthier" option then getting sick over school food.

Having lunch on school must suck if I see your opinions.
