First thing you should know is when your starting stay away from weights! They do not help loose weight they make you gain weight and they can over strain you.

Start off with easy things like squats they work out your whole legs and butt. Then do bend overs that works your inner core. Wall push ups help strengthen your arms, legs, and chest. Do arm and leg stretches before starting any of these!

After that take an hour walk then come back and do the set again. Once done a good idea is to take a shower to relax your body.

An eating life style change of more fiber and protien is a really good idea. Stay away from starches and sugars. Starches do include peas, corn, and potatoes! When working out keep the fluids if you find your mouth dry, stop and take a drink of water. Energy drinks have too much caffien and sugar that you don't need. Stay away from them! Best thing to do is if your not diabetic drink orange juice and V8 juices (doesn't have to be the tomato juice).

If you have any other questions just ask! Remember my work out is laid out by a doctor and fitness instructor.

If you are strong and have good upper body strength try doing pull ups with the tree branches and test how far you can climb up the tree. If you have never climbed before make sure you have someone to spot you.

Well, since you need to be active, do it for at least 60 minutes everyday. It should help a lot since you're still not a teen. Make sure you do something active like biking or something like that. If you're exercising, then go out for a jog, do some chin ups and try doing some really healthy foods. You should be able to be strong and feel healthy after a few weeks or so.

I have a few ideas. Try jogging a few laps around your block. And then, do 50 push-ups, and 50 sit-ups (puts your toes under your couch or washing machine to keep your feet in place). Then, do some pull-ups if you are able. Just do easy things. They can really tone you up if you do them right.

I think you should embrace the idea of working out without having to use exercise equipment, just so you get the feel of what it is like at first.  Consider it good that you only have access to so much and won't over do it at first.

In a week you will feel different. You will have more energy and start yearning for the activity. In 3 weeks you will notice your body changing.

I had a surgery on my stomach and after that I had this weird bulge and after starting my work out it has steadily flattened out! I'm so happy to see that bulge going away! You'll notice things about your body that will make you happy. Working out is rewarding, hard at first, but rewarding! Also don't stop when you get into school, keep it up!

Like most people have said the best way to burn fat and to become more healthy is to do a cardio vascular workout which is stuff like jogging, riding a bike basically stuff that doesn't work on improving your muscle mass or strength.

Also you could do a lot of sit-ups and press-ups if you want to become more toned. Stuff like squats. Chin-ups, skipping, jumping jacks... Meh the list is endless.

Just keep at it you will notice the difference eventually. It won't seem like you have gained/lost anything to begin with, but keep at it

P.S don't forget to warm up and cool down as well
