who whould win. torterra has an advantage but, but blastoise still has a chance now that his water attcks d normal damage and blastoise had skull bash and some other good atttcks, they are strong but useless espaicelly against torterr defense. we will have a vote to see who is better. i also did oe on lucario and zoroark check that one out too.

I am gonna have to go with torterra the type advantage is defiantly in its favor, almost every move it can learn does huge damage on blastoise. Blastoise may have a chance if it can use an ice move, but Torterra is hard to take down in one hit leaving blastoise open for a devastating grass type move like solar beam or frenzy plant.

so far torterra is winning. and to make people think about this more i will give yu the attacks they have. (my) torterra has giga drain, solar beam, earthquake, crunch. blastoise has hydro pump. skull bash. surf. blizzard. and just so you know that blastoise is actually faster he still can get torterra with blizzard. very bad acuracy though.
