haha, considering he's 10 I doubt he meant something done while driving himself but rather while riding in the car

It doesn't stop some people though. I've seen people staring more at their phone than at the road while driving. Not sure what is so important that they will risk killing themselves or others for but apparently some people can't put their phones down for a 20 minutes drive.
