Tied for 2nd place are Resident Evil and Metroid. Simply fantastic gameplay and action and memorable moments in both and they really provide some of the best gaming experiences out there in my opinion. 1st goes to manhunt, the best series of all time, a cult favorite. The Resistance series has always been a favorite of mine, although the 3rd game's story was rather disappointing.

TimeSplitters was my absolute favorite back in the days of PS2. I had so much fun and spent so much time playing it. Smash Bros, Armored Core and CoD series are ones I enjoy a lot, too.
