It is more than likely that you made a post that someone did not like and they then reduced the amount of trust points you have. Like Atcalag (galacta) said it's not really something to get upset about it's a flawed system which David is in the process of planning and remaking.

Trust points should be considered more as popularity points. When you are quite new you won't receive any as you become well known on the site you will start to get more and finally get your position as a trusted member back
