Dead Rising is a zombie apocalypse game in which you are a journalist in a shopping mall trying to get to safety. There's a ton of zombies in the way though, so it's your job to mop them all up with a combination of different and even homemade weapons to kill them with.

It might be easier to reply to this if we had a specific topic. Maybe ask for our opinion on the game, our favorite aspect, favorite weapons, etc.

Personally I'll give my opinion. I thought it was a pretty decent game. I had a lot of fun playing it, although it took me forever to get the legitimate ending. I wasn't a big fan of the way things turned out, but I had a ton of fun otherwise. I loved roaming the mall killing tons of zombies and finding different weapons and skill books (although the clown's chainsaws were definitely my favorite weapons).

A lot of the game kinda bugged me, though. Aiming a firearm was annoying, zombies could grab in hand to hand combat a little too easily, and trying to get survivors from point A to point B was a chore. Since that was a large part of the game, I had trouble actually trying to beat the thing instead of just derping around killing zombies.

It's not a bad game, but it wasn't really great. It definitely had room for improvement.
