DX23 : I couldn't agree any less than that. E.T on the Atari 2600 caused a North America video game crash in 1983, and oh boy, was the crash insane! Thankfully, Nintendo stopped the crash with the most classic video gamer ever, Super Mario Bros, 2 years after the crash started.

ET is not the worst game of all time. Hell PacMan for the 2600 is way worse, because that's actually a game you expect to be decent, but it is butchered to all hell. Easily the worst port of an arcade classic...ever.

While I have my own opionion and to say that Nightmare Creatures on the N64 is the worst game I had evr played first i saw the commercial of it on TV and thought how cool the game is but when i bought it at toys are us for $15 it was such a crappy game.IF you don't kill any monsters under a time limit you die .That is just crap!

Well I've gotta say this....Sonic the Hedgehog 06 and E.T have to be the worst video games for me. Why? Well it's because they were down-right-lower class horrible blowers. Sonic 06 had the most horrible glitches, like Silver's "TAKE THIS! IT'S NO USE!". E.T also had issues. One of them was YOU KEEP FALLING. It annoys the heck out of me. Those two...have to be the most HORRIBLE video games that I have played.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is the worse NES game I have ever seen, and the worst video game I have ever played.  All you do is go through town while the townspeople try to hurt you as Dr. Jekyll.  He walks SOOOOO slow.  You can press the B button to make him swing his cane, but it does nothing.  Eventually, when you lose all your energy you turn into Mr. Hyde, it becomes night, the people disappear and you start getting attacked by monsters.  Even when you don't get killed by the monsters, a bolt of lightning randomly strikes Hyde and its game over.  Absolute garbage!  No wonder I remember seeing this in the clearance section of Toys R Us decades ago.

Seriously the worst game ever made is E.T. It is like this really stalker pedo game. It asks for your phone number, your school name, your first/last name, the name of your parents, YOUR ADDRESS?!?! Pet's name, favorite candy/food 0.0, it just seems like if you answered those, you would get stalked or kidnapped. I hate that game...... And once your done giving your information to some anonymous stalker, all you do is have like a stupid plans for today thing. Then when the stalker finds you, he/she will know what you're doing. If you haven't played the game, you should just to see how dumb it is.

Honestly, there are a ton of games I could choose from just based on pure opinion, and I'd have to go with the Call of Duty series here. It's 100% overrated, it's all repeating (Although, that's basically saying all games don't repeat their predecessor), and the whole game play is just dumb in my opinion, Nya~.
