This post is dedicated to all those Vizzed fitness enthusiasts or just those who wish to get back into the game.

It is designed to celebrate achievements both big and small and act as a kind of fitness diary.

Yesterday I went jogging, albeit for 5 minutes, but 5 mins more than in the last week.

What did you do today?

I hope that people will visit this post daily and record their training schedule, it would be interesting to see who is the fittest member of Vizzed.

But it will only work with participation and frequent updates.

Plus if you have nay questions with regards to a particular exercise this wold be a good place.

Yesterday, I moved up on the weight bench, I set heavier weights on, woo getting stronger. I also curled more than I probably ever have. And I also feel like I could have punched the punching bag through the wall (even though I couldn't have) . Yay fitness!

Markeith21 : You cant target fat loss in any specific region in your body. Wherever it goes from, it goes from. So your only option is to lose weight overall. As a result some of it will naturally be taking from your lower chest area if thats what you are after. Other than that theres not much you can do really.

Hi Markeith. I'm not too smart but i think if you do alot of reps with low weights you should be able to burn some fat and get tone.In  the specific area you mention, i would do chest butterfly curls. On a bench laying on your back use some dumbells in each hand and bring them together like you are hugging someone. Keep your arms semi staight to get the full affect.

Totts.  Today i did three sets of 10, dumbell curls, reverse curls,butterfly curls,bench press, one set of wrist twists and one good set on a stair master. Before today i haven't worked out in about a month, breaking a three month weight lifiing regimen : (  I could't bench as much as i was but next time i post here i will state how much weight i do with each exercise. Also i just like to say that i'm not very big And in the future i plan on posting a pic.

Muscle definition comes from low weight + a lot of reps. I'm not ripped, but I'm cut.
The other day, I started working out with a partner, ever since my dad dropped out. I've been working out for a while now, but I made it really hard on him for 2 days in a row, he didn't come back yesterday...lol.
Tonight is gonna be a muscle rippin' night > : D.

Klutch : I think I'll add that to my summer workout as well. I like to bench press a lot.
