I was thinking about the PS Vita for a while.  I realized that I paid my 3DS for $250 and I found out about the price drop a month after I bought it, which kind of ripped me off.  I then thought that what if the PS Vita will get a price drop.  Well, I found out that this is a possibility.  Here is the site for it:

I think that it should because it is too much for a handheld.  I would love to have this console, it is just too much.  If a price drop occurred, then I will most likely get it.  What is your opinion about this?

I would be very happy if the Vita dropped in price. I tried out a friends and it is very cool. I don't own any current hand helds and just have a xbox 360. Hopefully it is true that they are dropping the price because it would be nice to have something to bring such as that on the road with me when I have to travel for work.

I have the same issue as leggy, the only reason that I don't have one is that the price is too high.

I agree, the price for the Vita is rather high. But, like all gaming systems, the price will go down for sure. Eventually. Sales are still pretty high for the Vita, so it may be a while until this happens. I'm sure we'll see some good sales for the holiday shopping season starting November.
