Hey guys, this is my first thread. I hope I'm doing it right...
Anyways, here's the question: 
What is the strangest thing you have ever eaten? All you have to do is type in the name of the food, what it tasted like (optional), ingredients (optional) and whether you liked it or not. It's that simple! I'll start things off.

I ate one of those lollipops with a scorpion in it. The scorpion was...a bit crunchy. The lollipop had a kind of red berry taste (well, that was just artificial flavoring, I guess.) Overall I didn't like it.

The strangest food I have ever eaten were these chips that had some sort of weird taste. When you ate it, it tasted normal but when you start to swallow it, you can smell and partially taste this strange hand-sanitizer smell or taste. I think the ingredients were something like Onion Powder and Garlic Powder (and some more stuff). There was also Horse Radish in it. Overall, I would give it like a six out of ten because it was okay when you started to eat it, but that weird taste (which I think is the Horse Radish effect) can be smelled in your nose and tasted! Once you swallow it the taste/smell thing is gone. I think it is the horse radish that does that but I'm not sure. Also, congratulations on the first thread!

The weirdest food I have ever eaten before was some thing that was like a Jelly and Nutella sandwich with chicken. When I ate it I liked it, it was good! I don't know about you guys but if you are not up for eating weird foods and stuff you might not want to try it and eat it. I guess I already said the ingredients and whether I liked it or not, so now I'm going to come up with a name for it! Nutella Jelly Chicken Sandwich!

Just to say...lol, so far Newbies were the first to post here.

Anyway, the strangest food I have eaten was some Octopus with some soup (that I added). It was okay, but I am not that much into seafood, know what I mean? Anyway, it was just something I bought to see what it tasted like. I added a few other ingredients but I'm not sure what those were (I decided not to keep the recipe because I didn't really like it). I felt a bit barfy after eating it, so I knew something wasn't right.

I have never gotten the chance to try food that out of the ordinary, but the strangest would have to be that time I went to this one Chinese buffet, and I was told I was enjoying marsupial on a stick, boy the expression!

It's kind of hard to look back at all the foods I've eaten but i'd have to say sushi.

On the night my husband proposed to me, we had Alligator.  Alligator is surprisingly good, and I've been sad that I can't seem to find it again.  Apart from alligator however, I've also had squid.  And THAT is one of my favorite types of food EVER!!!!
