Meh, This isn't the place for this kind of thread, although I suppose it doesn't hurt for it to be here. We already got all the consoles up to the 64, unless there are more recent ones. Last I heard, a PS1 or PS2 emulator was in the works, but that was last year.

Cyro Xero : It was in the cards (pending when the site got enough donations to pay for it) when on the GoDaddy server. They were offering a server large enough to handle it for an even cheaper price David was paying for their smaller one. That is why he announced in January that he was wanting to have it put on this year. But after GoDaddy showed how crappy they really are with those 2 weeks worth of files lost, causing David to quit them, that really isn't in the cards. The server we are on now is more expensive and getting that large of a server is no longer an option for the time being.

Under the pic in the top left corner of this page it says, Play Classics Online Free, so I don't really think newer consoles would really be in their place. I love vizzed the way it is, thats why I come here everyday. If anything maybe Nintendo DS, I'd only like that because it comes from Nintendo, and I love pokemon games :o.

The general rule is that nothing is added here until it is both no longer in production, and until a few years AFTER the owning company no longer gets money for copies of their games being sold. That way Vizzed doesn't cut into anyone's profits and pissing them off. If we pissed Nintendo off like that, it might make them decide to request all games under their copyright (that includes hacks) be taken off the site, and that would just be too huge of a blow for Vizzed to take.

It would be pretty cool to have the SEGA CD on RGR. If its too expensive then that's okay I just figured it would not cost as much as other emulators like the PS1.

I'm thinking that this thread isn't directed to the only one to add new systems (Davideo7), also, any new system that's added - be it Java emulated which would need Davideo7's coding into the RGR, or RGR Plugin emulated - which would need a payment to the Plugin developer tom760.

This thread could go on and on, but I'm closing it.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
