hi gregk88, I noticed this while reading,although I can not answer your question here are some tips. When you want to summon someone to your thread you can type their   name:  with that colon, that way they know you are talking to them! Also you can look up rgr staff members in the member or staff list and pm them or personal message. I hope this helps you and sorry I couldn't be more help.
