This is my first quiz, and it is based on Mario.

Rules:
• Any person can guess more than 1 time.
• You can make one guess per reply.
• After someone gets the question right, that person will take over for the next question and make a question.
• Internet resources AREN'T allowed in this quiz!
• When a person makes a question, it must have 4 choices.
• The questions have to start easy, but then get harder and harder.
• Only 3 guesses per question, if no one gets the question correct, The question asker will give the answer.

Most important rule: If the correct person doesn't make a question within a day, I have to make a question, or if it involves double posting (I can't do that), I will PM the user to create a question due to how impatient I get without a question from someone else.

2nd most important rule: When you are answering a person's question, you have to summon the person who made the question.

My question is how you would know if someone used an online source? Kind of impossible to tell. Anyway, for your answer, it depends on what you mean by 'real life'. If you mean how old he portrayed to be, I have no clue. If you mean how long has he been around, technically, none of your choices are correct. I guess if you consider Mario's first appearance to be Donkey Kong, he has been around for just shy of 31 years. But since that characters name was Jumpman and not Mario, Mario's real first appearance was in Donkey Kong Jr. a year later, meaning he is just shy of being around for 30 years by a few months. So I'll just guess:

rcarter2 : Well, actually, donkey kong doesn't count. Mario's first OFFICIAL apperance was in 1985 when Mario got his official name. You also got the wrong answer. To answer for Internet resources, people would have try to remember from their head, the quiz could be unfair, but the Internet Mario resources could make it TOO easy for each question's answer to get revealed.

I completely disagree with the first question's answer. Donkey Kong was Jumpman, which I said. But that wasn't what I was talking about. The character in Donkey Kong "Jr." (note the Jr.) in 1982 was OFFICIALLY named Mario and not Jumpman. Your question should be something like "what was the first official Mario game".

rcarter2 : I never knew that, thanks! But, check out the mario 25th anniversary youtube video, it actually says 1985-2010, but now it has been 2 years since the anniversary, and I thought mario is supposed to be 27 now. Ok, now I'm confused!
