I just saw it yesterday and looking forward to buying it, the 1st fable was a great game, theres some new weapons to use, one of them is a rifle. anyone else going to get this game?

If only it came to Wii.... I am not buying any other Next-gen consoles Wii's good enough for me. Imagine the control scheme? It would make the game even better.

I imagine that it would be a single little waggle tacked on for sword attacks.

Anyways, I'll do what I did to the original fable, wait for the inevitable PC port. Lets hope this one delivers more then the first one did.

The PC port was O.K., but it had like... 2 new trivial features. Let's definitely hope F2 doesn't fall short like the original

No, this was street date was broken.
Meaning stores had it in stock, some douche sells it when people ask for it. Kmart got slugged AU$1000 for every copy they sold, and are no longer going to be a part of gears of war 2 launch.

I'm definitely getting the game tomorrow and going to be playing it with my wife on Co-op. For what I've read about the game so far, it sounds like a game that will be so addicting that I'll be playing it for hours every day until I beat it and than I'll probably play it again

Just got Fable 2 yesterday and so far it is incredible! The first half hour was a little slow but after that it is just amazing the possibilities in this game and best of all, my wife loves it to, so it'll be a game we'll be playing together every night for the next few weeks

Seriously though, we only played like 2 hours and within only 2 hours I was sucked into the game and lost track of reality and time
The last time a game did that to me was Shenmue 2 (even the last fable didn't do that to me). The world is so interactive and life like that you just feel like your part of it and you can do so many different things - it's like The Sims mixed in with Grand Theft Auto...of course I chose to be good so I wont be slaying any little kids or stealing from anyone but the fact that you can do all that stuff is what makes this game so realistic.

You also can have a family this time, you have a dog which helps you treasure hunt and you can teach him tricks and simply just play fetch with him. They say the world is this one is 10 times bigger than the first!

And there is a huge amount of jobs you can get in this game too! But by far the best feature is co-op, even though the co-op has 2 little flaws, it's still amazing and definitely the best feature!

I can't wait to get this. The game looks really good.

If only Fable 2 was on the Computer... I am not buying an Xbox 360 for one mere game. ;P
But I do have something to say about the dog in Fable 2.
Here is what I have to say.

been there done that. not that special IMO, Fallout 3's much better.

I was going to buy it, but based on how quick i finished Fable 1 i figured Fable 2 wouldnt be worth it.

I was a big fan of Fable II, spent a lot of time going through it... and I quite enjoyed it all. I sold it before the DLC was released, so I didn't really care THAT much but still, I don't have the gripes that other people seem to.

fable 2 wasnt that bad. In my opion the first one was better

Its good but to me the first one still tops it!

Fable 2 is awesome. I love it.
