Mine is for fighting is Naruto fighting ah forgot his name Akastuki member Kumza something like that its been while I seen it naruto takes him down with one hit of his new jutsu and for non combat it will be Naruto and Sakura at iron mountain she tell naruto how she feels but yet again for battle I really really love the fight between naruto and Pain

Hm... so many decisions...

For the fighting part, I'd say it'd be in Bleach when Kenpachi faced off against Byakuya. I think EVERYONE wanted to see that. I didn't get a chance to see the end though. 

As for the non fighting scene. I'd have to say on Fairy Tail when Happy made Plue sound like he was from Rave Master or whatever and Lucy freaked out. I was dying on the floor laughing. I think that blue cat has GOT to be one of the funniest anime characters.

For fighting, I'd have to say the last battle in Gurren Lagann 100%, the one against the Anti-Spirals to be specific. It's probably the most bad@$$ fight I've ever seen in an anime, and probably ever will be, Nya~.
As for non-fighting, there are way too many to just choose one, Nya~.

I really enjoyed the Shikamaru vs Temari fight,  Probably because Shikamaru is my favourite naruto character. The pain vs naruto fight was also pretty awesome.

I think my favorite fight scene would have to be from Bleach when kurosaki fights ulquiorra and Kurosaki beasts out into his full Hollow form and just destroys Ulquiorra. That scene had so much epicness I was totally mind blown. That scene and the fight between kurosaki and Aizen. The final battle between those two was totally epic and worth watching over and over again.
