My birthday was April 2nd and Vizzed was supposed to give me 5000 viz, but they didn't.

My birthday was on April second, and I was a Vizzed member for almost a year, and I read that you get 5000 Viz on your birthday a few minutes ago. Well, I didn't get any Viz at all. Can someone please explain to me what's wrong?
(Btw, I wasn't able to go on Vizzed on my birthday because I went to visit my mom for that day and her CPU is not working. Just wanted to put that out there in case it helps.)

Well that might just be it. The fact that you didn't log in on your birthday. Now I have never heard of this happening, but it is possible that you did not get your Viz because you did not log in on your birthday.

Yep, Pro_Master is right. I would still contact Davideo about fixing your birthday though. It would kinda suck next year if you wonder the same question when you don't get your birthday Viz.
