Yeah that was the stuff I was taking a while ago. And believe it or not someone in my family a while ago was a body builder and almost about the size of Arnold in this video if not the same size. He's taught me the effectiveness of lifting weights about 12 years ago when I started.

I just started working out but I been in construction work since I was 13. Lifting weights has definitely helped me and is different then my day job.  I like doing it know and I tried a form of hgh while I don't suggest using it, at 35 it made me feel younger but I think there are side affects like rage. I think it is better to do it when you get older. I under stand some people it has helped and some abuse it, which can have consequences.

Yeah lol, I have been around plenty of friends and family in this scenario - no big deal to hang out with them casually, but they do tend to go of the deep end over simple stuff.

I've been working out for years but I've never tried HGH. I wondered it would do me a lot of good since it takes me quite sometime to gain a lot of muscle because I have a small frame to build on. But the supplements I've taken did their job at least.

I would definitely look up some info about hgh before using, the upsides and downsides to using this product. I have a small frame and I am an older guy  and it has helped me. I don't wanna be as swole as Arnold but I do like working out a lot. I usually go to the gym eight hours a weeks just to keep in shape, but it's hard to keep fit when it is so easy to just stay at home and do nothing lol.
