I've watched a lot of boxing in my time.  I think hands down the all time best boxer was Mike Tyson when he was about 20 years old.  He was completely unstoppable and incredible.

It should be noted his other two defeats came only after he was forced to come out of retirement because of money issues and was way past his best. Although as many others have said the young Mike Tyson with his punching power and aggression should also be a contender.
