At the top right, you can now select which System to emulate the game boy and game boy color games in. Some games might work better in a different emulation. Game Boy games default to Super Game Boy 2 (which colorizes some of the games) and Game Boy Color games default to Game Boy Advance (I think). There's also an option to play the game with the border, some games have pretty nice borders such as the Pokemon games (but that makes the game smaller so I'm not sure if anyone would use it).
