So many people are wanting to play the game so why doesn't some just make an emulation for it? It looks terrible hard but if someone was able to make an emulation for all these other games how hard is it to make a mic?

Well, I think it'd be next to impossible to emulate a mic, actually I'm pretty sure it would be impossible, It'd just be easier to buy a mic. i'm sure if there was a way for the to emulate the mic then they would have by now.

I don't think it makes much sense. For one, you'd need to actually have your own webcam/microphone to be able to speak.

For two, you'd need to configure the microphone on your keyboard to be "connected" to the "N64 Controller"

It sounds like a lot more trouble than it's worth.

Not many of the games use a mike either so it would be a major waste of money to contract a plugin for it.

There's no PC controllers that have a microphone in it, to my knowledge. Maybe someone could take a Famicom controller and put in the mic inside it and put it in a Gigaware or Xbox controller.

It'd probably be more worthwhile to "emulate" the mic on the Famicom than the N64, assuming that is not done already on Vizzed's NES emulation.

I recall Nestopia, the NES Emulator I use, has a simple "mic" button command which basicallly performs the appropriate "mic" action.

There is no real reason to have the emulator use a mic for just one or two games. I know that the DS emulator has mic emulation but that's because there are a bunch of games that use this functionality.
