I would say Jason Vorhees contrary to what others say. Nothing about his character is unique, he's a typical serial killer except he's abnormally tall, wears a hockey mask, and carries a machete (which I think is the lamest choice of weapon used to kill!) Compared to creative killers like Freddy Krueger that killed his victims in their dreams, or Pinhead from Hellraiser, mercilessly ripping his victims to shreds with chains, Jason is the lamest and worst! I can't comprehend why some would say he's one of the scariest horror killers.

I'd have to say the villain that scared me the least was Michael Meyers from the new Halloween. In the original Halloween, Michael Meyers is a well taken care of kid with rich parents and a seemingly happy life and yet he still slaughtered his sister. That was what made him scary. He had such a good life and he still killed people. Not knowing why a killer is a killer is really scary. Now with the new Michael Meyers, we see he grew up in a house with a bi**hy sister, an abusive step father, and a mother who cared, but wasn't home much. This gave him a reason for killing which made him less scary. The unknown is more frightening than the blatantly obvious.

I find villains who lack a motivation and/or are there only for the sake of having an antagonist weak...in a well written story, a good villain should come naturally...or if you wrote all the characters, a good antagonist should also come naturally. Most villains who goes for the "world domination" angle I find exceptionally boring UNLESS there is a very interesting twist on it.

Villains in most low budget movies tend to be stock cliches which I despise, unless there is something that is perfectly executed. I won't really go into specifics on villains I think deserve the worst as when I think I found them, I finds another that's worse.

Well, a B horror movie was released that contained a horrible movie villain... A radioactive pile of feces. A container of something radioactive was released into the sewers, giving life to a pile of poo.
I know this sounds stupid and made-up, but it is a real movie and my choice.

The worst villain? I'd say the Joker from Batman. He's unpredictable and you never know what to expect from him. This makes it extremely difficult and/ or challenging to take him on.
