its a fun idea but no matter how many votes this poll gets it will still be illegal to have a ds emulator in vizzed until Nintendo makes no money of the ds anymore

DS games are still being released, which means Vizzed can't put the games up. This would just anger Nintendo, who might even decide to take all their games down. We wouldn't want that!

Not to mention, the games probably wouldn't run very well in browser, with how graphically developed some DS games can be.

Nintendo is still making money from any games we would be using with a DS emulator. Think of it this way. If a website starts airing the Hunger Games movie, the company that made the movie will shut down that site as soon as they can.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
