PSX, DS, Gamecube, Dreamcast & Other ISO Disc Related Systems in RGR!

I've seen countless threads where people ask about having PSX or Gamecube or some other ISO based system in the RGR. Yes it would be neat to have those but please don't ask about adding them or would it be cool to have them. Any new systems that will be added will be announced by David himself. You're free to ask about adding older systems that are not disc based cause those can most likely be added if enough people want it. This does not include NDS, not for now anyway.

Reason why iso's & disk based systems are not in RGR:

- ISO's or Discs are extremely huge in file size could range from a few hundred MB's to even over 1GB in data. Disc space is very expensive so is bandwidth. Right now it costs a few hundred dollars to keep this site up per month. If we were to host ISO's or disc based systems it would cost thousands a month which is much more then this site makes a month. This in return would actually probably kill Vizzed because Vizzed does not have the money to host such extremely huge files.

- Upgrading disc space can be a real pain which would result in having to transfer to a new server. This means the server would be down for many days during each transfer and that would not be a good thing.

- Worst of all, you need to consider how long it would take to download a disc based game to play. If you had a great internet connection you would still be looking at waiting well over 30 mins to play a 500MB file which can be considered small when it comes to disc based games.

Please DO NOT make any more threads asking us to add disc based systems. Any thread that asks about adding iso's to the RGR will be closed.
