Hello, I was wondering if anyone is going to see the movie: Abe Lincoln Vampire Hunter when it comes out? I've read the book an enjoyed it very much and I can't wait for the movie. I know the title seems like its a comedy movie, but to anyone who has read the book knows that its far from it.

Nope, I never heard of it. Strange because there hasn't been a single preview or trailer commercial that I've seen...and I watch T.V a lot. When is it being released, do you know? What genre is it? Based on the title I think of a mockery of Abe Lincoln hunting vampires or vice versa.

Its being realised in 2012 around May or June I believe. There is a trailer out for it, but its too much action so I wouldn't take much away from it. I don't really want to ruin the book or movie, I can tell you that he grows up hunting vampires after one kills his mother and how his anti-vampire stances made him become a statesman, politician, and later president (If you want me to go in depth about what I just said then I could, but it kinda ruins the movie and book).

This movie takes two things I love and puts them together. I love Abraham Lincoln because the guy was a boss, and I love anything that involves killing vampires. I hadn't heard about it until a month or so ago. My girlfriend was telling me that she read the book that this movie is based off of. Supposedly it's a pretty good book. I have no idea though, I will probably see it when RedBox has it.

I actually have seen maybe one or two commercials for this. The problem is that I do not really know where. I do remember recognizing this instantly as some movie that may come out in the main future and the sound of the voice talking during the advertisement, but not the advertisement itself.

I actually have a ton of movies to catch up on watching, so I probably will not be watching this unless it turns out to be a really good movie.
