For those of you who have never played (or god forbid) heard of Borderlands before here is a quick synopses.

"Borderlands is an original First Person Role-Playing Shooter that combines the intuitive reward systems of action rpgs and the frantic-paced shooting combat of fps's. The game features ground breaking content generation system allowing for near-endless variety in weapons and item drops."

I absolutely loved the quirkiness and unique gameplay of the first one. Not to mention the beautifully done graphics. The second one is being released in September of this year and you can already pre-order it at the official site.

So getting this. Also, I'd watch the trailer, but without any sound (My headphones are up in my room right now ), it'd be pretty pointless.

I wasn't a huge fan of the first one. I did have a blast for a while playing some split screen with my little brother, though, so I'll probably wind up getting this eventually. I just couldn't really get into it on single player.

I got into the game a little late but the Game of The Year Edition is worth it. I enjoyed playing the game, the amount of different weapons is ridiculous. The new one looks interesting. Though I wonder what happens to the old characters - four vault hunters.
