Have you taken some form of Cardio Kickboxing class before? How did you like it?


I took one once while I was at college, but I kinda... sorta... hated it. They contradicted the Muay Thai Kickboxing that I knew so well, so it just annoyed me.

I haven't done any such thing as Cardio Kickboxing. However I did watch a bit of Kickboxing and some MMA Training videos on my spare time. It looks like quite the workout. I don't think I really want to learn kickboxing. I'd rather watch it.

I haven't went to the gym to do it but I find if you shadow box it is a great cardio, you don't even have to hit a bag.
