I don't and won't smoke, but not because of the cancer or anything. I don't plan on doing any drugs because they are drugs (substances that change the way the mind or body operates). I don't even take Tylenol, I'm very weary of all medicine and won't take any unless it's absolutely necessary. I don't care when other people do it, my dad smokes alot, and it probably won't bother me until it starts killing him.
