But in reality? Probably a double tap with a shot gun, that actually has a clip, so you don't have to reload after every 1 or 2 shots.

What's the best way to kill a zombie?, Well I think the best way to kill a zombie is to either decapitate  its head, or fatally  injure its brain, and if you can't do those things then just burn it to death in a pit of fire.

How about destroying the brain, or at least taking its head off? Or a massive explosion. Either way, it should kill them.

Shoot it in the head or use a melee weapon upside the head, and then born it.

Guns, ammo, and vehicles are good to have if you can find them, but I would use them sparingly. Because finding ammo and gas for your vehicle would be scarce. I would use melee weapons as a good substitute such as a metal pole, crow bar, or baseball bat. If I run out of ammo in my shot gun I would use the butt of the shot gun as a good stand in melee weapon.

Uh, Zombies. They are one of the very fascinating creatures on earth, even if some say that they're all made up, other say that these zombies are real. And I am here because I want to share my opinions on how to best kill a zombie. Zombie killing is a very wonderful scene to watch. In fact, zombie killers are one of my very best idols or you can even call them my heroes. So, lets start the rampage!

First, I think killing a zombie by using a semi-automatic rifle is one of the best ways to kill a zombie. Just by watching their heads, hands, feet, heart, or any part of their body blowing away or detaching from their own bodies are really very funny to watch. So this would be one of my choices to kill a zombie. And, this would probably be the safest way in killing a zombie. First, because it is not a melee weapon and because of that, you can deal damage on them in a distance so they can't touch or kill you. Second, because rifles are very cool guns. These guns are the real toys for the big boys. So, if I were you! I'll go grab myself a rifle or two.

Another weapon of my choice is the chainsaw. Chainsaws are a very powerful weapon, specially for zombie killing. Using this weapon is a very good choice because this doesn't need any ammo or any projectile for this to work. One more, this is really good for a huge wave of zombie attack. Just imagine it, huge number of zombies all attacking at once and you and your friend survivors have one chainsaw each. Just wonderful. Kill 'em all.

An axe would be another good melee weapon for me. Because of its pointed edges, you can easily cut off any part of the zombie's body. I'm curious, what does a zombie's blood looks like? Well, if you have an axe with you, you could just cut off his head and see if any blood would come out. I'm on a killing spree now.

To continue the weapon list, the next weapon on my list would be another long range gun. A rail gun! Now this is the very first futuristic weapon on my list. Who doesn't like rail guns? I guess all of us likes it. I think this gun pierces through it's enemies and hits the next target behind the first zombie that was hit. So this gun would be a really useful zombie if you want to a fast killing spree because you can kill like 2-5 or more zombies in one shot. I really like this.

To finish off the list, we will have a vehicle. A Fork Lift would be the best vehicle for this job. You can rampage all the zombies on the way, you can either run over them or bump the on the front of your ride. And, you can do some upgrades on your fork lift, like putting spikes in the sides if ever there is a zombie that likes to enter your vehicle. Or you can put pointed objects in front of your fork lift so you can do easy kills on them zombies, LOL. So, this would be my last weapon for my weapon list.

This seems like a fun question to answer. The best way to kill a zombie would be a good sneak attack and chop its head off at least. If you think the zombie seems to be coming way to close I'd say you should roast em up. I'd also say that  shooting its brain  out would be a good way to get rid of a zombie.

Since the Zombie can only move due to it's cerebellum, cutting the head off should kill the entire body. That would require a sword. Something loud would just alert the others and make them all attack.

If bow and arrows are as effective as they are in WD, they seem to kill zombies with one shot, can be taken back, and are essentially noiseless. They would be the best.

I must believe that the simplest strategy that may be used to muder a zombie must be shooting it directly in the head. That's the way a majority of human beings would murder one.

I would have to say my favorite would probably be just a hand gun of sorts. I really like the idea of killing them with a revolver, but that's not practical ammo wise. Maybe as a secondary. A 45-410. I love the idea that you can either shoot a 45 caliber shell at there head, or a 410 shotgun shell otherwise, I would carry a crow bar. Very practical, quiet, useful, and effective.

A simple bullet to the head will do the trick but make sure I use a Revolver to do so, so I can look cool doing it.
After the death I would make sure the Zombie is dead and that it is not going to come back from the dead again by planting a grenade in it's mouth. Even if it were to come back to life I wouldn't be afraid since I would only be up against random bits of flesh.

Personally, if it were up to me, I'd take the stealthier route and use the crossbow. It is silent, you can easily go for the head shots, and you can reuse the ammunition. If that isn't available, I'd take the good old route of chain link fences all around the property, fully reinforced, and just stab them in the face through the holes in the fence, kind of like The Walking Dead. Seems to be my favorite method.
