The 3 below probably don't pertain to game errors today, as they have been fixed since I made this thread. But I still want you to report here games that don't work in the RGR. I know there is already a thread, but I don't always check it -- this one will notify me since I'm the guy fixing them.


This is where you can report games in the RGR that currently have the message in place of the 'Play Game' link: "Doesn't Work With VizzedRgr Plugin", or games that give one of 3 errors at the bottom of the game window: "Error: Failed to download server file version info", or "Error: Failed to download game ROM file", or "Failed to extract games Rom file from zip".

I have fixed 2 of such games recently:
Castlevania Chorus of Mysteries

Sonic 2 Delta

You can let me know here of any game with this description in the Rgr and I'll see about getting it fixed.

I am so happy that you made this thread. Now I have somewhere to direct users who PM those messages to the Staff Inbox. Those issues had me a bit stumped. I have one question though. I have noticed recently that I get that message too. But it didn't seem to be the ROM because I have either played that game before with no problems or it will work for me if I try again later. Any idea what could cause that?

cadekiki : Yep, that game plus maybe 2 or 3 more Mario 64 hacks that I've added recently won't work with the current Rgr Plugin but they are planned to work with the next update of the plugin shortly.

cubarateman : Sorry, unfortunately I'm not able to do anything with that game to make it playable. The rom can't be emulated due to unimplemented custom microcodes.

That's the message I keep getting. As of right now (March 12, 2012) 11 AM central time... I can't play any game.

RyanED : If it gives that error for any game that you try to play then it's a problem with the server; sometimes that error will only be for a specific game and I could either replace the rom or check for errors in the file name, but when it's for all games, I'm not sure of a solution

Fixed Sonic & Knuckles Enhancement Mod. Apparently it never worked, this was due to the Plugin not recognizing the ROM format for some reason, so I converted it to .smd.

I'll work on fixing a number of games over the next couple days, I already have gathered a list.

When I play  NES or  FDS games, it work bad for each game. I think it is because I use a controller. When I use a controller for others emulators, it do not make that. But, when there are for example a friend that log out of Vizzed (I think), the problem is fixed. This is weird.

I really love to play with these emulators.

I use Windows 7 (my 1st computer), when I use that computer, it make that. But when I use Windows XP (second computer), it do not make that. It is really weird.
