This game is so awesome! There's an epic story, fast-paced levels, awesome enemies and lots of cool abilities! Also the series is still going with Ninja Gaiden 3D Coming Soon! Ryu Hayabusa wants to get revenge on the bad guys for killing his dad. This game is really worth playing + if u don't play it, you're missing out on a great opportunity!

When I first played, I couldn't beat stage 3-3, then stage 5-1, stage 5-2, then the hardest level I played is stage 5-3!
Thank goodness you get unlimited continues!
Unfortunatly, the continues thing stops after Ninja Gaiden 3.
I only have the first game and I started playing last year before 2012.

This does not qualify as a review. First, it doesn't meet the 100 word count minimum, which is stated in the rules/guidelines thread. Second, this doesn't even say anything about the game itself. The only thing about it that it is awesome, you like the story, fast pace, and abilities. Reviews are supposed to take various aspects about the game, and talk about those things and how they are good or bad. I'll move this to Retro Game Discussion. If you want it back in the reviews, add a lot more content to it and summon me back to here to look it over.

Stevie 764 : Just play the japanese version on this site .They have a password function and the game is much more easier.

In all 3 Ninja Gaiden games i had never beat them on the nes the furthest i ever went to was the Final Boss on Ninja Gaiden 2  i made it far on the first one but i didn't make it to the final level .I love all the series in the game .It's amazing that they had cutscenes for the nes i only wish metal gear had done the same thing.
