Seriously, I dislike the Patriots.

Anyway, REALLY good game. I thought Brady had that pass at the end

That was a pretty good game, and the best part: Patriots lost

But really, this is 3 NFC wins in a row and 2 years in a row that the 6th Seed won the SuperBowl! Eli is one better than Peyton now lol

The Ppatriots losing to the Giants on the last play is God's way of telling Brady your lifes good enough.

I'm happy. I didn't want the 49ers to make it to the Super Bowl because I didn't want them to distract from the SF Giants. However, once it became Giants v. Patriots, I REALLY didn't want the Patriots to win it. However, I felt like it was their game to lose because on paper they seemed like a better team plus they really should have won back in 2008. Thankfully, lightning struck twice. I'm not a real fan of football, but it's nice to know that at least the local team won. Victor Cruz is well liked around these parts. It's nice to see someone from Paterson make something of themselves and win the Super Bowl. Also, my enthusiastic bus driver is a Giants fan so I felt almost obligated to watch. 

Halftime was more awesome than anticipated. Madonna can still move without breaking something AND M.I.A. was there <333

legacyme3 : I was rooting for the G Men, the Giants. I absolutely hate the Patriots, especially after they stole a trip to the Super Bowl from the Ravens.

At half time, I honestly got scared. And after each Giants injury (there were four by the way), I got even more worried. But then, I thought, "Ah man!!! 4th Quarter, and the game is close. LETS DO THIS!!!"

I was at a sports... club, I guess you could say at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. That place was completely packed. There were almost two hundred people in there, and as soon as the Patriots lost, about one hundred fifty, one hundred sixty people left with their heads held low. It was awesome. I went to a guy I was talking to earlier during half time that I shot some pool with, and I said, "Can you dig it, Sucka?!?!" He said that he could, but he didn't like it. We shook hands, and he left.

Awww. Such a great day.

As much as I hate the Patriots... they didn't steal it from the Ravens. The Ravens just didnt play well enough to win. I wanted to see Ravens-49ers with the 49ers winning... but oh well.

I was just watching it at a friend's house, and thought, damn, this is getting tight.

legacyme3 : I wanted the Ravens to be in it, and 49ers or Giants. Giants because of a Super Bowl XXXV Rematch, or the 49ers because of a Harbaugh Bowl rematch, that would be a real bowl. you know?

Awesomness. The Giants and the Patriots were the two teams that I DIDN'R want to be in the Super Bowl, but of course it happened. I hate the Patriots more than I do the Giants, so I at least wanted the Giants to win, and they did. The Patriots losing makes me happy. =3

So, Leggy. What ever happened to that whole "This is the worst possible Super Bowl that we could have gotten. I really have no plans of watching, honestly" talk that you were giving us a few days ago . I did not watch the bowl today. My fiancee checked out the halftime show, which we both regret, but that was it. We decided it would be more interesting to watch the Puppy Bowl (yes, I am a 24 year old guy who enjoys the Puppy Bowl. Not a word from anyone).

We watched the puppybowl until about half time.

I must say. Wow. I am impressed. I was shocked.

I still can't believe Welker dropped that pass that would've sealed it. Over 100 receptions every year as a Patriot and he could't haul in the most important one of his career as it hits him right in his hands. And as if that wasn't enough, Deion Branch dropped it on like the next play.

I'm still disappointed. It's not as bad as I thought it would be, but I had as much trouble sleeping as I thought I would. maybe got about 3 hours, tops. Ah well, I'll sleep it out tonight.

Congrats Giants fans. I still remember how it felt stealing Superbowls from the Panthers and Rams.

To be fair though, both teams made mistakes.

The Giants made a huge one at the end when the guy couldn't kneel. All he had to do is take a knee at the 1. Run out the clock, and Welker and Branch don't even GET the opportunity to miss the ball.

Point is, the Giants didn't steal this one. They were the better team for 60 minutes, and the Patriots are just livid over having been upset. Again.

Maybe it's time to get a better QB hahah I kid

legacyme3 : There were mistakes on both sides throughout the game, for sure. But I don't care about the mistakes the Giants made .

But I'm talking about the drive BEFORE the go ahead score. Welker had a throw to him when he was wide open that hit him in the hands (could have been a much better throw, but it still hit him). If he catches that it's a first down instead of third down, and the Pats are probably in field goal range with about 3 minutes left. They could easily run the clock way down, kick a field goal and force the Giants to score a touchdown with only about a minute on the clock.

But what's done is done. No point in worrying over what could have or should have happened. Now I just gotta keep hoping for next year (I think the Pats have two first round draft picks).

I thought it was a great game. No matter which team ended up winning, it was a nail-biter worth watching.

I wanted the Giants to win, but that's because I am biased. I have a small connection with the Manning family.

I was hoping the Patriots would win the Super Bowl.They did kinda have a good start to the game.

thing1 : I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU. Ravens are the best [they need a better kicker though] their defense is awesome and ray rice,anquan boldin,and Dennis Pitta all make the team better im glad the pats lost.
