I want to see which franchise is more popular within the Vizzed Community. Post you choice and sound off some personal opinions as to why you prefer that shooter.

I personally, like Gears, then Halo, then COD, and I haven't really played Battlefield at all. Gears is more hardcore in brutal R-rated content more than the others. Gears also has a shortage of power weapons, unlike Halo, but the power weapons they provide are limited in ammo. And beside who can forget the awesome characters and the tragic loss of Dom? (RIP)

Out of those four, the only one I never played was battlefield.

I like both Halo and Gears due to the heavy fantasy aspect of them, but Halo gets my vote in the end for a few reasons. I like the game play more, I enjoy the story more, and I love all of the little Easter eggs hidden about in the game. There's a giant soccer ball. Come on.

I've Played Battlefield and I like a lot more than COD. Destroying Buildings is awesome and it relies on teamwork in my experience. Halo and Gears are both great but Battlefield is better in my opinion. My personal List of how they rank.

I used to really love playing Halo back when Halo 1 and 2 were brand new. Over the years though I have kinda grown away from it just because I don't really prefer the way the controls are. I guess I just got too used to control schemes of Call of Duty.
