I myself just finished season 3, this has to be one of the greatest show's i have ever seen, i can not put into words the way i feel about this show.

I do have one question though, Does Walt have an alternate personality?
Because it kinda seems like it..

I don't think Walt has an alternate personality. However, he is lying so constantly that it may seem this way to the viewer. While he's at home with his wife and kids he has to pretend to be the meek and spineless loser that he once was but to the underworld he has to take on the personality of "Heisenberg" the ruthless criminal drug kingpin. I think it's possible that he may be a complete sociopath or have OCD (I can't explain why I come to this conclusion without spoilers) but I definitely don't think he suffers from split personality disorder, just compulsive lying. Breaking Bad is definitely one of my favorite shows of all time. I'm a bit sad that there will only be one more season but I also think it's good that the writers are going to be telling a self-contained story instead of letting it drag on season after season until it gets stale. I've always enjoyed a sense of completion in narratives, which is why I like graphic novels more than comic books. At any rate, enjoy Season Four. It only gets better, believe me.

Wow this show is definitely not a kids show but then again it deals with some real life situations and learning about good or bad things is a good thing.

Fallman7 : I think if you gave the show a chance you would really enjoy it. The transition Walt goes through. It is like night and day. He becomes so ruthless. If you aren't into the killing and stuff then I don't think the show is right for you. Because you are right. The show has a lot of murder, swearing, and a number of other things that make most people uncomfortable. But the plot is very good if you can get past the rough outer covering. Seriously dude. Try and give it another chance. You may just become a fan.

There's absolutely no contest; this show is the best series currently airing on television. There are many great shows, but this is definitely the greatest one. It's powerful, the direction is outstanding, the writers do not pull any punches whatsoever, and if someone dies, the writers kill them in the most brutal fashion. It's dark and realistic, and there's virtually no "melodramatic gloss" on it.
Sorry, I just really love this show. It will always have a place in my heart. Anybody watching the first part of the final season in 2 weeks?

I have only seen the first 5 or so episodes, but I really like this show. The entire premise of the show seems very gritty and does not sugar coat anything. I imagine when the writers pitched the idea of the show to the stations executives it was probably a hard sell and deemed risky. Thankfully they took that risk

Bryan Cranston is a ridiculously good actor and Vince Gilligan really knows how to make a show work.  Each week it gets better and better and really draws you in.  Maybe 1 or 2 other shows have had me on the edge of my seat even if I know how it's going to end.  I would recommend this to anyone who likes dramas and really well written shows.  I also suggest to those of you who are caught up to read the episode recaps on Grantland.

I love this show. I don't know why, I guess I wonder how Walt will be all to pull it all off in the end. Usually, I wouldn't go for this kind of show, but it's captivated me for a whole 3 seasons (what's on Netflix). And I'm going to have to search for the other episodes greatest drama ever.

In the words of some of my friends "Breaking Bad is like the first Matrix." Personally, I would not even compare the two. I love the show a heck of a lot better hands down. I can't even label what it is about it that is so appealing. It just..... is. Thing has been nominated and has even won so many awards (golden globe, best male actor, outstanding drama, the list goes on) that it is pretty much impossible to ignore the thing. You have total empathy with the characters, too. I can feel the Walter's situation (trying to avoid spoilers) like it is my own. Love it.

Easily Top 3 shows on TV now. Even thou I only watched the last 3 episodes of season 5, I loved it. Can't wait for the next season to start soon. Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, and Castle are the top 3 shows on TV now imo.

Well Walter doesn't have a split personality he just loses a lot of his humanity when he gets further in the drug dealing business. It's not a kids show for sure because he deals with real life situations, and the people he gets involved with are very dangerous especially Gus fringe. I find Gus is a three dimensional character like Hans Landa was in Inglorious Basterds. Jesse struggles with himself throughout the 4th season after he shoots gale. In the 5th season after Walt kills Gus he fully goes from regular Walter White to Heisenberg the drug dealing king with no remorse or anything. You start to notice it to because in one of the episodes during the final season Which is the 5th season by the way. After they one of Walter's men kills a little boy on a dirt bike. Jesse is completely upset about it, and at one moment in one of the episodes Walt is whistling as he's working, and Jesse is in shock. Every one starts being scared of Walter. Even Skyler is every of him too after in the 4th season he says and I quote "I AM THE DANGER. I AM THE ONE WHO KNOCKS". Walter starts getting pretty amazing. The 4th and 5th seasons will stun you if you haven't gotten there yet man. Keep watching you will not be disappointed.

Oh and by the way for those people who are all caught up with the show. Breaking Bad Returns in Summer of 2013 to AMC if your all caught up.
