A great game that has been known for it's addictiveness. When I first played this game as a kid I was addicted and determined to beat it. This version is way better than the Genesis version. In my opinion this is one of the best games that ever been made and has earned it's way into the hall of classics. The creator had a great idea when he made this game. The boss fights are great especially Scar face while battling him you will lose at least 3 credits and if you're not real careful GAME OVER. The only problem I have is that Mutoid Man and M.C. Boss always get in your way of getting power ups but now that I think about it, it just makes it tougher to beat them. The graphics are pretty good but that was a whole different generation before Nintendo 64 and Playstation came and changed the whole gaming world. The sounds do deserve a 10 in my book because when you die the crowd cheers and when you think you defeated a boss they'll tell you "No way" the gun fire is good too. The story to this game is kind of lame but it gets straight to the point on what you got to do and it has many paths you can take to beat the game, each is tougher than the one before. I like how the host tries to talk trash in certain rooms you go into. So in conclusion if you don't believe me then give the game a shot and you'll see that it can be addictive and fun. In one of the words of the host "Big, money, big prizes.......I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I love this game so much. It's a perfect port of the arcade. No flaws at all. The controls are perfect, and the action is non-stop. The later levels can be challenging, but I love the challenge of retro gaming.

Glad to see that people love this game still after all these years

Smash TV is a pretty addicting game, though I will admit its story is less than great. =P

I've been playing it because of the RGR contest. But it's really hard to defeat some of the bosses at times and they make you keep dying.
