I've honestly never had a New Year's resolution to be "more healthy". Even though it probably wouldn't hurt to not drink as many sodas as I do.

Really, I don't even do the whole New Year's resolution thing, but if I did it would be to not drink as many sodas.

The sad thing is that I am typing this as I drink a glass of Coke .

Well my mom has started to cook all of these "nutritous recipes for everybody's health benefits. All I can say is..... some are better than others

I'll try to do small workout exercises to keep me in shape such as push ups, sit ups, that kind of thing.

I am planning on trying my hardest to loose weight. I am only a few pounds overweight (Which when helping to raise two kids and taking care of my grandma) and my doctor is already on me. She actually wanted me to get surgery for being fifteen pounds overweight. So, I told her I was going to exercise more. I have stuck to my New Year's resolution so far -I run every night because I am up late writing, plus I am trying to work in sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks and other exercises as well) though I can't say the weight is falling off. So, I just hope I can stick with working out and eating healthier.

I made a resolution to eat healtier, and exercise more. I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds.
