Day 8: Bank Robbery

As we were all just passing by the bank, running out were 5 bank robbers!

This day might be the most confusing day so far so I will try and explain how this works.

To determine who goes on to Day 9, the top 5 contestants with the most Viz (earned from the bank robbers for this day and this does not count toward you actual Viz count) move on to the next day, the rest do not. If more than 1 person tie for 5th place in Viz count, they all get booted.

It's possible that more than 1 person may choose to attack the same robber, in this case, it's 2 against 1 (or however many people are attacking that robber) and this means that every person gets an attack on that robber for each round and the robber's attack will be split among all the people attacking him. However, all of the Robber's Viz will be split among all the people attacking him if they KO him.



The PM you send me will basically say who you want to attack and your attack pattern.
You choose 4 attacks for your pattern and that basically gets looped. So for example, if you chose Attack, Attack, Defend, Defend - than your attack pattern (for 10 rounds for example) would be:
Attack, Attack, Defend, Defend, Attack, Attack, Defend, Defend, Attack, Attack
The robbers also have an attack pattern but theirs is a 3 move pattern. Here is what each does:

Attack: Using the attack stat, this is how much damage is done to the opponent. However, this subtracts 50 energy per each time you attack and if someone runs out of energy (including robbers), they can no longer attack.

Defend: If you choose this, you do not lose any energy and any attack you receive on this round is reduced by half (rounded up). This also applies for the robbers.

Here are how the other stats take an affect:
Energy: This basically determines the order in which you attack. The person with the most energy goes first per a round. If someone runs out of energy, they can no longer attack. If a robber runs out of energy, they will flee from their battle and will drop half their Viz. If a contestant runs out of energy, they can no longer attack and all their "attack" commands will be voided.

Stolen Viz: This is how much Viz you earn from the robber your fighting with if you KO that robber. As mentioned, if more than 1 person KO a robber (or cause him to flee), the contestants of that specific battle with that specific robber split the Viz evenly.



Here is a twist to this
You will see that there are some brother relations for the robbers. If 1 brother is being battled but the other is not, the brother that isn't being battled will come to the aid of his brother which is battling which will result in that 1 contestant (or multiple contestants) to have to battle 2 robbers. What happens here is, everyone who is battling these 2 robbers, their attacks will be divided by 2 (similar concept if it were 2 contestants against 1 robber).

If you end up battlinge with 2 people and 1 of them gets KO'd (or flee's), you get his Viz (or it splits between you and the other contestants if you are fighting alongside others). The other will keep on fighting until either he gets KO'd or flee's.



Here are just a few very things to note:
1. If you and another contestant both choose to fight the same robber, you are both attacking that robber and the robber's attack is split between the 2 (he still uses the same energy though). However, if 1 contestant gets KO'd, the other continues to fight and the fighting acts just like an ordinary 1 on 1 fight.
2. If 2 contestants are fighting 1 robber, the 2 contestants never hurt eachother.
3. If you get KO'd and have a Pheonix Down, it will revive you and you will continue battling for the next round.
4. The word "round" in this day refers to a phase of each person getting an attack per a battle.
5. The word "battle" in this day refers to the battle between 1 (or more) robbers and 1 (or more) contestants
6. If you run out of health during your battle, you get booted. You than count as having earned 0 Viz.


So to sum things up, you will PM me which robber you want to attack and your attack pattern which will be a pattern of 4 moves. If anyone fails to give me their response for this day, they will be booted. As you can see, this day not only requires stats but it does require some strategy and a lot of thinking/planning on who you attack and what your pattern is. This Day will probably end by monday and hoepfully Day 9 will be up by Monday night.

Canarith chose to fight Spammer A but Flamer A saw this and since he had no one fighting him, he helped his brother fight Canarith.

IceWave chose to fight Flamer B but Spammer B saw this and since he had no one fighting him, he helped his brother fight IceWave.

BigBob & JigSaw & Benny & SkyStormKuja all decided to take on the HACKER.
