That's what I've been having trouble with. I'm stuck at the save corrupted screen even though I've never played but everyone keeps saying press "z" but nothing works then when going through every key it worked a few times when I pressed f4 then I was stuck at the next screen where you start a new game. I'm losing what little bit of Viz credits I have going in and out of these games and I saw the question in a help thread but it was unanswered so idk what to do.

With regards to your question, have you updated to the newest version of the plugin yet? It should be something like 1.4 or 1.0.4. And you should try restarting your computer or browser if you can. Or just use a different browser entirely.
