Deleting stuff that you dont know about is retarded.
My rule set,if i want to delete something i look for the creator,if its not microsoft or hp i would assume its ok(unless itsa file within a program,custom software etc in which case i also look for the apropriate company.and as previously stated,the wonder that is google,as the thousand year old saying goes, if in doubt, google that shizle.
Also cmd.exe is a meaningfull name,meaningfull names are to help people understand it,most virus creators wouldnt give meaningfull names.
