Does anyone remember that Youngster Joey kid that was ALWAYS in some part of every Pokémon game talking about his Ratatta?
He says his Ratatta is "the top percentage Ratatta"!
In this forum game, the point is to explain why your Ratatta is better than other Ratattas.
