I got involved in my school's ASL (American sign language) club, and I have to say, learning sign language is much easier, and more fun than any other language. (i'm still learning, but i'm getting pretty good) If your school doesn't have one, why not try starting one? It's a lot more fun than you think (Plus now you can communicate silently, which is awesome)

Actually, our school has ASL for a class, which does count for college. Sadly, I'm not taking it, but it's kinda neat seeing people communicate silently across a room. It helps when the teacher says "Be quiet!" and you still want to keep talking.
