There is the picture now find what seems to be amiss in the picture. The is the actual release picture of the cover art but something tells me that they were in a hurry to get the game on the shelves.

I read about this before, actually. If you look really closely at the mouth, there's an IGN watermark right by it.

How it happened I'm not sure. But it's probably because they were in a rush to get it on shelves, like you said.

I don't know if you are good at PhotoShop, but this thread could be a cool game. If you are able to, maybe you should take pictures that are video game related, make a change, and see who can find what you changed.

I've seen that done, with very minute changes done, but that kind of only works if people really know the games well, or else it'll just be a guessing game.
