Amazing! It arrived within the first week! I got it not 5 minutes ago, ravaged the package, and extracted from the ruins of the burning spectacle my long-awaited prize, THE M3 ADAPTER! Now from what I can tell so far, it's awesome but its a bit weird-fitting for the DS slot. You have to press a little harder to lock it in and unlock it, and it seems to be very flimsy and easily broken.
Bob, Guide to setup and whatnot. Plox. Now.

I recently got a 2gig microSD for less than a 1gig due to a sale and it's AWEEESOME!
Only problems I've experienced thus far:
1. Connection to WFC on games SOMETIMES does not work, or takes extra time.
2. M3 Cartridge takes a little more (Close to fatal) effort to get it into the DS
3. Download play does not work on some games (Mario Part, Mario Kart so far)
4. VERY easily broken, not something for your 2 year old!

But so far it has not failed me! I instantly uploaded every game i wanted onto it and am now playing it. Also, beat JUS.
ALSO: Bob, we gotta fight.
ALSO ALSO: Anyone have a converter that converts movies from .flv ---> .avi or .mpeg or some other easy widely known format?

Download and play does fail sometimes, I think we found a way to make it work is eject any games from teh recieving DS's.

The cartridge is a bit... Non-NDS cartridge-ey, or rather, isn't COMPLETELY made for the DS. Like the blueprint was a bit off when they added the click-in thingy on the M3.
