So far, there is no way to hide your birthday. You can't even change it.
Only David can do that. I would say geeo too, but I know there are still some problems on the admin panel, so I doubt he can at the moment.

So you can PM Davideo7 and ask him to change it, when he has some free time. He's really busy at the moment with some new features, so it might take some time, so please be patient
