Some of you might have noticed that I was away for a few days. So I thought I should let you know about the reason.

Well, a month ago my old laptop (I had it for 4 years) died, because of the graphics card. I took it to a tech guy, he tried to fix it, but after a month it died again >.> So all these days I was away trying to find a new laptop. I didn't want something extraordinary, I rarely play any video games anymore, so yeah. Anyways I picked a laptop from HP pavilion series. It was at my home a few days ago, but it had a serious problem with its wifi (I was next to the router, but it couldn't find any signal >.>  ) So I returned it to the shop, and they reordered a new one (same model) for free. So here I am, I'm back

Oh jeez, that's a really unfortunate position you were in... I myself had my old laptop die on me about 2 months ago, and then I finally got it fixed, the charger broke (on the same day)

YourMajestyKen : Yay I'm back Funny thing is that I picked an HP laptop, mostly because I want to be sure that it will work perfectly I was on my room trying to get the wifi signal from my rooter (rooter is 2 rooms away). Tried and tried, but nothing. Then I used my phone, and it had a great wifi signal. Then went right next to the rooter and it had only 1/5 wifi signal. Then I packed it back and went to the store. They were like ...um..ehh ^^;; and I was like grrrr >=/ (I know I make perfect descriptions   )  And here I am, the new one works perfectly so far, I love it

My laptop's battery hardly exists you could say, and that just compounds the problems that I've had to deal with it running Vista. Of course, I'm still using it today. I guess that much is better than having to get a new one, and having to replace that one as well. Glad it's all been taken care of.

A similar thing happened to my wife's laptop. Sucked because it was like 6 months after the replacement warranty thing was up.
